We charge primarily by the volume we collect, calculated by the amount of space your items will take in one of our vans.
Our guide prices include standard loading, transport, responsible waste disposal and a basic sweep-up of the cleared area.
Final house clearance prices can vary depending on volume and weight, type of waste, property access, labour required, dismantling, stairs, carrying distance and any specialist disposal requirements.
We can usually provide an estimate from photos or a short video sent by WhatsApp. For larger or more complex clearances, we can also arrange a site visit.

A full van is approximately 16 cubic yards. All vehicles are operated within their legal weight and payload limits, so heavy or dense loads may reach the vehicle's weight limit before the full volume is used.
Items requiring specialist handling or disposal, including upholstered furniture, mattresses, appliances and heavy materials, may affect the final quotation. Any additional costs will be explained before your booking is confirmed.
Full payment is normally required to secure your booking.
Alternative payment arrangements may be agreed in writing for approved commercial, council or account customers.
