Do you clear fixtures and fittings?
Not Unless this has been agreed beforehand, we will never remove fixtures fittings, curtains, carpets, built-in furniture, ceiling lights, kitchen units, doors etc.
Do you need to come out to the property prior to clearing it?
Not always we can do video consultations but it is preferred so we get the right information and pricing for you.
How much notice do you need?
Usually a week is plenty of notice. However we are here to help if you need to get a job done at very short notice (under 24hrs). So don’t worry if you have an urgent job, we will do everything possible to meet your deadline. Emergency prices may be applied.
